"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their insured person hit my daughter's car and I have had to do all the work to get the claim processed. A week has went by and nothing has been resolved. I was told to get an estimate and then told they could not use it. They would do their own. The state farm in my hometown was even willing to help me."

"I really enjoy working with the staff. They take great strides to find a policy that will best fit you. They are proactive to situations that may have an affect on your policy. They really make an effort to educate you on your policy(cause and effect) and are very transparent. This location truly takes great efforts to save you money.
